On hold over 15 minutes to try and get an appointment. Gave up and had to hang up. Absolutely unacceptable.
The reception staff here is very rude and unprofessional here lately. You can't even call for a simple refill without being rudely told that you have to call the pharmacy yourself.
Best doctor ever! The staff is very friendly. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Chand!!!!!!!
