My mother recently had an appointment with Dr. Patel, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The appointment was scheduled by the office, but the visit lasted less than five minutes. The doctor did not appear to be familiar with her medical history or chart before coming into the room. Dr. Patel and Mary the nurse were both courteous and knowledgeable about their work. The doctor explained my situation in terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a good Gastroenterologist.
Very prompt and friendly. Puts you at ease as soon as he walks into the room. Is always ready to answer your questions.
Had a follow up meeting via video and messages and he explained my questions and explained all of my concerns.
Dr Patel and his entire crew are wonderful! Couldn’t ask for a better Doctor and team.
