My home looks great. A wonderful installation team they did a great job and cleaned everything up. Michelle was the best to work with. She took good care of us. I highly recommend Kaiser Flooring.

Pathetic. Ghosted by their salesman Clark. Went into the showroom to pick out tile samples and had to wait four days for them to come out for an estimate. And that was fine. What WASN’T fine is when Clark ghosted us after measuring and promising an estimate and ignoring our phone calls and messages we left with someone else in the showroom. Pitiful customer service. Great guidance in choosing our carpets. Michelle helped us pick a great product for our needs, got us measured quickly. Installation was scheduled quickly and completed neatly. Super impressed with how simple the process was - wish I hadn’t taken so long to replace my carpet! It looks amazing!!
