I work nights. When I try to call, they aren't open. They text and call incessantly throughout the day. I didn't read all of the many texts from unknown or blocked numbers. Northlake Eye cancelled my appointment at 5pm the day before, while I was sleeping for work, and billed my insurance for an exam that never happened. I can't afford to pay for an exam out of pocket nor glasses now. And, I certainly can't afford to hire a lawyer to plead my case. Avoid
