My father is a patient here. 2 of 3 appointments in the past 8 weeks we have had to wait over 45 minutes PAST our appointment time. It’s clear that they are going for volume and not accounting proper time when scheduling to continually be this far behind schedule. My time is worth more than that, no consideration or apology for wasting a patient’s time is given .
