This guy made an offer on my property that was serious and for a lot of money. (800k) He had his real estate agent write, review, and send me a contract which I signed and agreed to. We went into contract and then he fell off the face of the Earth and stopped responding to any of the contract requirement's that he himself wrote. I bought a new home in July of 2018 from Kisel Construction. The design and build was good. The big problem is that it is a HUGE hassle to get them to respond to warranty requests. During the 1st year fit and finish warranty I talked to 4 different people responsible for warranty repair. Always a hassle getting anything done. From screens, windows, drainage, water heater etc. you have to ask and ask. They refer you to a sub and then the sub tells you to call the contractor. Back and forth, back and forth.
