I give them a 5/5 stars because after calling them three times and the issue was never resolved, even though I suggested they get a new machine in my third call, I (a woman) spoke to a maintenance man and now they are putting in a request for a new washing machine. It took a coupon tries but now the apartment building is attempting to fix the actual issue and I am actually very grateful! Such a well organized complex. Every question answered. Every problem solved within a timely manner. Maintenance is on top of things and they really do strive to make your move in as easy and calm as possible. A very good place to start out living.
Office screwed up the accounting process on move in and then forced us to deal with the consequences. Did not allocate the deposit money toward the deposit, and never notified us of the mistake. When we went to move out, they charged us for things we did not break such as a cabinet door that was already broken, and they did not own up to their mistake of not giving us a deposit, so we had to pay the full amount. They have a corporate that never talks to their customers, and it seemed like nobody was ever in the local office ... read more
Have been living in Kise Estates for 4 years. I’ve requested approximately 50-60 service requests for things that are broken, need fixed, or for missing parts in the apartment. Leaking toilet, broken garbage disposal, things of this sort. Not once have they came out to fix anything. In FOUR YEARS! Not once at all. The only time management has sent someone out is to put a sliding screen on the backdoor, and screen on one of the bedroom windows. This alone took 10 requests.
