So for now the reason I’m only give this a 2 star is honestly the shit internet service Xfinity is just garbage.,The people have be %100 fantastic great to talk to and friendly. I give them a 5/5 stars because after calling them three times and the issue was never resolved, even though I suggested they get a new machine in my third call, I (a woman) spoke to a maintenance man and now they are putting in a request for a new washing machine. It took a coupon tries but now the apartment building is attempting to fix the actual issue and I am actually very grateful! They even came back to drain it (the machine) after I showed the maintenance man the sopping wet clothes. Thank you for finally listening! ... read more
