RecommendedI cannot recommend Kisaku enough, fresh and seasonal selections, delicately created into culinary masterpieces. 15/10 would eat again ❤️
High quality fish, can't go wrong with omakase
Kisaku is our favorite Sushi restaurant in Seattle! Great quality!
Too bad it’s under a different ownership. Ordered take out tonight and the staff who took our order did not understand what ebi sushi was, so when it was explained, in our order we received raw sweet shrimp sushi, a disappointment. Also the sushi size is so small now. Our family loved this restaurant in the past, not so much now.
So sad that service has taken a dive since Nakano sold the restaurant last year. I can handle slow service but not rude (Luke).

We have been going regularly to Kisaki for about 15 years, and in the last few months the quality of the food has been on the decline. Today's sashimi combo, spicy tuna roll, and rainbow roll were of such poor quality both visually and taste (compared to the usual very good to excellent) we felt we had to give some feedback. Our server said, "Oh, sorry." and walked away. The host simply said "OK." and alway walked away.
