Very good, timely service. My ol’ truck is getting used to going there for the past 6 months for heater core, breaks and starter. I like there communication, telling me what is the problem and what is needed. Giving me the choice to fix it.

I recently bought a used car. I don't know much about cars and so I wanted them to do an inspection on it. They did a thorough inspection and prioritized what should be done. Their pricing was reasonable and they were worked very efficiently and were kind and polite.
Kirtlan’s auto business is the best auto repair shop in Wabash. They go far above normal to schedule appointments to match our requests. We recently had a 100,000 mile service done on our 2011 Ford Edge. I thought that the brake pads would need replacing due to mileage, but they said they were good. Most shops would probably have replaced them and I wouldn’t have known any better.

Took my old Lexus in for service and then for repair. Love the virtual communication! Used the website to request an appointment and they emailed me back. Both times I took my car in, it was done by lunchtime and I received a text letting me know it was done! I’m very pleased! I’m not a mechanic or technician, so I cannot vouch for the actual work done, but so far, so good. �. I’ll be taking my vehicle back for regular service. Can’t beat the efficient communication and speedy service. Very friendly staff, as well!
