The one online shop that every Indian in US should avoid buying from is Kirtilals. I am extremely disappointed with this jewelry as they are so irresponsible. The worst customer service I have never experienced with any other jewellers before. They never care once the order is placed. I placed an order 2 months back and they wouldn't care to respond or provide status of the order.
