From day one we knew we were in great hands. Kirt came to our home on time and completely prepared. He took the time to give us a full picture of the real estate market affecting the pricing and sale of our property. We were new to SoCal, just pre-COVID, and chose Kirt to be our guide in the treacherous LA real estate market. He did an excellent job of guiding us through the entire process, from initial exploration to final purchase and beyond.
