This agency offers a great deal of supportive services that are extremely valuable to the community. The staff works very hard to meet their clients needs. Ms. Wendy Flack is especially valuable to the company’s mission and the direct contact she makes with clients.

This is a terrible place to receive services, the entire staff is very unprofessional. Carmenia Grant (Director of Supported Employment) does not have any idea what she is doing. Carmenia Grant has shown lack of leadership, structure and communication skills when interacting with her fellow co-workers. I would not recommend Kristin Care’s services to anyone, fraudulent activity.
COMPLETE FRAUD!!! Waste of time. Claimed to have a job position & desperate to hire bilingual candidates just to have them start at a certain day for a location that is “temporarily closed” but never follow up with them or apologize for the miscommunication. I will report this company if my information is released!
I tried numerous times to schedule therapy. I got a therapist who does nothing but repeat everything I say back to me. They say they set you up with the nurse practitioner and you never get the link for the sessions you try to reschedule and there is No availability.
