She is outstanding very professional and easy to speak with I would highly recommend her extremely happy on how she has helped treat me during a tuff time.
Overall my experience was not good. Telemed appointment was scheduled for 9:40 am. It was 10:19 am before the nurse practitioner called. Never did telemed. Phone call only. Brought this to the attention of provider with no results. Phone call lasted a total of 5 minutes only because I had questions which the provider was unable or unwilling to resolve. She seemed very condescending as well.
