This review is for Dr. Modder. Your behavior at my appointment was completely unacceptable as a health care provider. In choosing this profession, you are expected to display empathy to your patients and show an interest in helping to find a diagnosis. You are also employed to find solutions, or at minimum, offer suggestions to your patients to help manage their concerns. You did none of that. Very nice facility and staff! Dr. Anderson was great and so was his nurse/staff who helped room us.
Was told by the dr that I had to go get another test done and see a different doctor then we can move forward with treatment once I was cleared. Now 4 months later I got cleared but now have to wait another 2.5 months just to be seen again…
My husband had been seeing Dr. Vlach, actually his PA, for 3 years. They never did a CT scan. My husband developed sepsis and I took him to the hospital. First thing the doctor did was run a CT scan. Told us that he had kidney cancer and needed to have one kidney removed. My husband was in the hospital for over one week and nobody from the Wisconsin Institute of Urology ever came to see him. No regard for patients whatsoever, doctors can’t be reached and nurses can’t do anything until doctor says, no urgency on their end whatsoever. They do nothing but tell you to wait for ridiculous amounts of time with no help
