Do NOT make an appointment with this doctor or it's affiliates. THEY demand your social security number of which is an OLD practice whereby ALL staff members in that doctor's office will now have available at their finger tips your social security number that they can sell over the the phone for a mere $500(-,+) which is exactly what happened to me! Thank you Dr Kristen Rojas for being so supportive with my medical issues. Thank you for listening and understanding. I know the wait time gets crazy, but I truly understand why. She really wants to listen and take time with her patients. It shows and I am so grateful for her. Best in Vegas , hands down.
Dr. Kristin is amazing, but everything around it is ridiculous! Last time I came to my appointment, I waited 2 hours to see the Dr. , that is outrageous. What about my time? Isn't it important? Why do you book so many people at the same time? Give the Dr. enough time for each patient. At the same appointment, I received 2 referrals but because of my HMO plan, I need authorization. Why couldn't you help with that while sending the referrals? Now I'm waiting on the phone more than 30 minutes for someone to help me with these r... read more
