Love Dr. Rojas as she is absolutely amazing and a very well experienced physician... However, the scheduling here is HORRIBLE! If you make an appointment for 2pm, be prepared to wait until 4pm or possibly not be seen. The office staff truly needs to be considerate of patient's timing and get some training on scheduling. Even a courtesy phone call to let you know the doctor is running behind 1+ hours so you can reschedule your day to accommodate the new time line.
My wife needed a new OBGYN, and after tedious research and 2 attempts to get her in, we were able to see Dr. Rojas. Even on the busiest day, and being over an hour behind, everyone in that office was amazing. The staff from check-in to MAs to nurses, the lab, and everyone. Professional, courteous, sweet, and authentic. It was nice to feel like more than just a number, or a claim. I’ve been her patient for 30 years! Nobody takes care of me better than Dr Kirsten!! Best in Vegas!
I will cry if this Dr. ever retires🤣. It is very hard to find a doctor that is so thorough .
