Update: Sean (Shawn?) Kirouac took our money and abandonned our remodel project. There is a group of families Kerouac has done this to in thecFernandina/Yulee area. It is my underderstandi Kirouac has moved along to the JAX area to continue his "business". BEWARE. DO NOT USE SHAWN KIROUAC. Stay as far away from him as possible. He does not pay his subcontractors leaving owners open to liens; he does not pay his suppliers again leaving owners open to liens.He does not finish his projects. His workmanship is shoddy. His supervision, for which one pays a premium is nonexistent. What was to be a 5 month remodel was not complete after 3 years. We had to hire a new contractor to complete the remodel . Great, Wonderful business if you are looking to take a screwing of a lifetime
Following up on my previous review... Today is July 31st, 2018. The attached picture is today's status of our construction project. In order complete the garage portion of the project, we still need the stucco siding, roofing, electrical work, and the car garage doors. After some major delays (described in my first review), Sean Kirouac told us the garage would be completed by the end of July; to Sean's credit, there has been some rainy weather, which delays completing the exterior.
