They claim to offer numerous amenities, but the most significant one is undoubtedly the beautiful pool that serves as the focal point for every apartment view. It's now July, and once again, the pool remains closed. I can't understand what the problem is. I've known someone who has lived here for years, and I feel terrible for them. It’s frustrating that everyone has to look at a pool that these management folks refuse to open!

I lived at Kirman Gardens for 12 months. It was like living in hell. Terrible managers and they keep changing them. Say goodbye to your security deposit. I gave them a $1,237.00 security deposit and they never returned it and lied and said I owed them 3000.00 I paid my rent and utility bill on time every month. The FPI worker Bobbi Anderson is a pathetic case. She will steal your security deposit and lie to your face. Take good advice and don’t move in this building because you will suffer and regret it. Other than the surrounding neighborhood, I had a very pleasant experience here. Management was kind, and matinence was efficient when things broke. Every appartment is going to have problems but Management does their best to resolve the issue as quick as possible. 4 starts because of the neighborhood. DONT park your car on the street. I have had multiple people hit me and my car was broken into while parked on the street. If I was to give a suggestion, it would be to install security cameras.
