Was a previous customer, left/lost my contacts in when I moved back to the area. Called to set up an appointment and see if I could get an emergency pair (as I had done in the past), because not having them in gives me terrible headaches. Originally offered me an appointment and the contacts, and then when they realized they had an appointment open on Tuesday, they told me I'd have to wait for the contact to do that. Kinda crappy in my opinion to tell me to suffer for the next 4 days. Just ordered them through Canada instead... read more
