Lexus at the front desk was my first point of contact at Kirmac and she was so professional, welcoming, and helpful. I was also helped by another receptionist who was equally as great. I ended up getting into an accident in my rental car while my own car was in the shop, which could have been a huge headache, but everything was dealt with so smoothly and with ease. I couldn’t be happier with the repair! My car looks absolutely amazing—you honestly can’t even tell where the damage was. The paint match is flawless and honestly looks even better than OEM. The quality of the bodywork is outstanding, and whoever repaired my vehicle is an incredibly talented body technician.The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. When it comes to great craftsmanship, precision and quality work kirmac is the way to go. Gurik Sran did an excellent and exceptional job at repairing my vehicle in a timely and efficient manner, I would highly recommend to get your vehicle repaired with him through kirmac.
The repair was messy due to extent and age of vehicle but staff were very communicative throughout process. Some delays were caused due to part deliveries but the upfront communication made all the difference. Final repairs were fantastic. My truck has never looked so good.
