Overall quick and courteous experience both times I've taken my vehicles here, would recommend!
I crashed my beautiful 4Runner. Doh! The manager Sim met with me to review the situation and really put me at ease. The insurance company put me through a bit of a roller coaster ride, but Sim was always available to answer my (many) questions. In the end it was determined to be a write off (so sad), but once the insurance company gave the go ahead, he was very helpful in getting some key parts off my wrecked 4Runner like my wheels and tires.
