I had my windshield replaced in March. They made it easy to drop off and pick up same day. I ended up getting another rock chip driving into work today. They were able to my car in when I showed up at 3pm and repaired it within 15 mins! They were very kind and did a great repair. Thanks Prab and team!
After my initial review, the store manager, Sim, reached out to me and took the time to patiently explain the principles behind the ICBC claim over the phone. He was very understanding of the situation I had encountered and assured me that I could bring the car back at any time for him to assess and determine the next steps.
