Wonderful experience at Kirmac. Both Sim, and Erika are clear and great communicators. The company itself kept me up to date about the gray area found in waiting. On pick up, car was clean and vacuumed, and repairs were excellent. Thanks team!

What should have been a simple windshield crack repair through an ICBC claim turned into 5 separate visits to Kirmac. The initial delay was due to not having the right windshield right away, which I can understand as my vehicle has modifications. However, the issues that followed were unacceptable. I might be purchasing a classic car as a restoration project in the near future and stopped by Kirmac Collision in Walnut Grove simply looking for some professional advice. Even though the shop doesn’t perform restoration work, Sim was generous with his time and knowledge. He discussed different repair approaches and things to look out for. Poor service. After going thru ICBC to claim for the accident we had, kirmac refused do the repair because the car is classified as rebuilt. The car had previously had rear end damage but the current damage was front end yet they didn’t want to do the repair. Didn’t make sense. ICBC recommends kirmac. I wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot pole
