I was involved in a minor fender bender in my underground parking lot back in Sept of this year. Kirmac was my first thought when ICBC asked me where I'd like to go. The whole environment of this shop was warm and welcoming. Receptionist Tamara was fantastic and patient! Management Sim and Mike were thoughtful and professional.
