Dropping off the car to get my windshield fixed a few weeks back was pretty straightforward. I was greeted and promptly attended to after walking in. The car rental shop located right next door also made getting the courtesy car a seamless experience. That being said, my experience at this location was nothing short of exceptional for this reason: They went above and beyond to replace a burned-out headlight/bulb after I requested it, and even ordered it from Lordco since it wasn't in stock.
