After my drain was clogged for my tub for the weekend and unable to reach a plumber, this company did call me 1st thing Monday morning. I explained the drain was clogged & I wanted the old galvanized pipe replaced. (I want the pipe replaced as all the corrosion is going to lead to the pipe clogging again, so I figure fix the the problem correctly the 1st time) The owner of the company said not a problem to take care of it and would come out that afternoon.
