They don’t guide or help these young adults with the utilities. Each pod occupant is suppose to put a utility in their name and collect from the other 3 and this NEVER WORKS. Also they didn’t make sure the new guys that moved in changed the utilities in their name so my son was charged over $500 from the new tenants.
Anyone planning on moving to Cedar Rapids and renting an apartment here..... DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do it!! Stay as far away from this place as possible. Unless of course you don't care about your vehicle, sleep, safety, or hygiene!! And that is just in the parking lot! Once inside you better hope nothing breaks or stops working, you will be SOL. If you are in any danger, well, good luck with that too. The management cares about ONE thing.... $$$$$ The school should not be reccommending this place to ANY student .
