worst customer service ever. I was hung up on. and then when I told them I am switching companies when can they pick up thier tank they pretty much told me when they feel like it. I was like I kind of need to know so I can get the new company to hook up same day because I have a family to keep warm. but no they said they couldn't tell me. but when I came home from work the tank was gone! Kirkwood Gas Co. has been my propane company for a long time now, and they have always been there in time before my gas ran out! I love the office staff! and I compared the prices before signing up with them and they were the lowest around! I have recommended this company to quite a few of my friends!

Best gas company out there!!! I've been with Kirkwood gas for almost 3 years now and I've had wonderful service ever since! Even when I'm in a pinch they will always come out the next day if I'm running low on propane. I love that it's a family owned business and when I call I get a person on the phone every time during business hours! Everyone has always been so nice and friendly. Even one time when I had to call on the weekend for an emergency service someone got back to me right away. Thank you again for being so great!
