Good luck getting an appointment here when you are sick. More often than not they send you to urgent care. Phones are run by a call center. Zero compassion . The only positive at this location are the receptionists at the front desk. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Eveyone at this office was great, kind, attentive. Scheduling through Mercy is a pain but my dr was super clear, specific and listened to and answered all my questions.
Do not see Dr. Julie Busch as a primary care physician. she does not listen or ask questions about any of the symptoms you give her, was rude and disconnected. Said “I don’t know” more times than I can count and as some reviewer said on other websites.. she’s very dry and not caring. Find someone who is interested in you and your health as a equal human being ...and not just interested in a paycheck.
