Avoid Kirkwood Eye Center if you plan to order contacts through them. Their system clearly isn’t set up to manage or recover orders, and when things go wrong, they push the responsibility onto the customer. Last June, I ordered $430 worth of contacts (corrected from "$500-600"). I have the receipt, but the order never arrived. I was never given a tracking number or any follow-up. **Update: I won’t go back after learning they schedule appointments without your knowledge, and text-pester you to confirm or call back. My husband did go back, but saw a new provider with no notice, discussion or apology. I expect better communication - this felt sneaky.
