So ya not a single one of my concerns was addressed. When I called for my appointment I told them how I needed an updated eyeglass prescription etc etc (figured this would be the place since he’s a leader in Keratoconus studies) and I made the appointment and all was well. I was recommended to Dr. Biondo due to an emergency contact replacement. I so appreciate doctors who care about you as a patient. I hadn’t seen his office in over five years and NOTHING has changed. He and his staff are my BEST!! Such care and professionalism from the time I walked until I was out the door. Advanced technology like you would not believe.
