I've lived here a little over a year ago, and the manager who worked here then got fired for staying in the office too much, which I honestly think is ridiculous since the maintenance men drive around the park. Anyways the girl that replaced her got caught stealing some of our rent checks (myself included) and since I didn't have my receipts to prove I had paid the new manager took me to court to evict me, but I won my case, and it ****** them off so they sent what they claim I owe in back rent which is over $5,000 to collec... read more

This place has the worst maintenance ever. They can't even fix a leaky toilet. They won't answer on the weekends so you better not have a problem. And if you rent, you're just SOL. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT YOUR RENT money.
