We are giving Art Kirkwood and Kirkwood Homes five stars because the system won’t allow us to leave six! We had Art build our home from the footers up. He did an incredible job! We couldn’t be happier. There are so many custom touches we didn’t expect but received without getting hit with surprise charges. Great builder Our neighbors home was built by Kirkwood and it is beautiful. Our homes are similar square footage, but their utility bills are often less each month. The craftsmanship and detail are amazing, and they included really nice landscaping.
