DO NOT RENT HERE. The lock to my apartment broke on a Saturday evening. I didn’t lose the key or even break it in the lock. The key simply wouldn’t turn. I could not enter my apartment and Kirkwood Bluff’s “emergency maintenance line” does not respond to “lock outs” on weekends. The only way I could re-enter my apartment was to pay a locksmith (who confirmed a pin in the lock was not lifting, thus the lock not turning) $649 to open the door to my apartment. Broken glass all over the parking lot after a messy glass installation. Called the office 5 days ago to let them know there’s broken glass and they need to pick it up before someone gets hurt. I had to call again today because it’s still not done. Why did rent raise if the grounds crew aren’t doing the job at hand?
It's such a middle place to live (we live in mid rise at the top of the hill). It has it's ups and downs (but the downs have been more recent in the past 5 months) my fiance and I have lived here for 2 years and it's been a real roller coaster. When we first moved in we had to get our windows replaced and that took every bit of 6 months. So if you need something fixed don't expect it to be fixed quickly. My husband and I was pleased the work to fix our clogged bathroom sink and the wobble of our toilets. Quick and clean service.
Chase came today to help with our dishwasher and bathtub! He did wonderful, he was super nice and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. He was also super quick and efficient! I’m very happy with our staff who keeps things running amazing!
