wanted to put this photo here to illustrate that new infrastructure is just as bad a problem as old infrastructure — hollow areas all through the roads and sidewalks, active rockfall and slope loss along street and along railroad nearby. Be safe, hope management does the right thing here cause I got a lot more of these pictures and measurements.
I would look elsewhere for renting!! They are rude !! The air conditioning doesn’t work and when you call for service they blow you off and tell you it’s fine!!
This genuinely is the worst apartment complex you could ever live in. We’ve lived here for ~1.5 months. Upon arriving, I was told that the AC hadn’t been on and that’s why it was 75+ within the home, just a complete lie. Within the 6 weeks we have been here we’ve made requests 4+ times for our AC. We’ve called the office regarding this and yet again another maintenance request. If you move into this place don't worry about bringing any cockroaches with you, they already have PLENTY!
This complex is deeply flawed, and management's first instinct is to deflect, lie, or gaslight rather than address serious issues. Communication is nonexistent — they never give warning before maintenance work, and when called out, they respond with patronizing comments like "that would worry you all too much." MAJOR HEALTH & SAFETY HAZARDS Mold covers the inside of every single vent. My neighbor had mold covering her AC and ducts and only got action after involving the city inspector.
