As always, I waited seconds to minutes in the lobby. All staff were smiling and kind, appointment was on time and prompt service. No complaints or cavities :)

I can't imagine going to any other dental group. The offices are clean and have modern equipment. Lots of smiles and sincere attention to particular phobias. Dr. Gooch has treated me and my entire family for years and we have nothing but praise and gratitude.

My experiences at KDG are always fun and friendly. From the front-office staff, who greet each patient in a warm, professional manner, to the techs, the hygienists, and the doctors, I am always impressed with the people in this office. I have been a patient at this office for nearly twenty years and I highly recommend them.

After some issues at work, I called to announce that I would need to arrive late or reschedule. KDG not only was able to work me in on the same day, but literally right as I was driving over! As always, the staff (especially Megan and Shelby) and Dr. Gooch were AWESOME. Chase, Jesse, and the team really value their customers, not just their customer's business. They go the extra mile and are always willing to help with whatever they can. Great atmosphere, great people! Kirksville is blessed to have them!

As usual, my experience at my June 23 appointment was an excellent one -- from check-in to check-out; thanks, Ashley and Robin. Everyone was friendly and efficient, as usual. Shelby did a quick and excellent job on my teeth, followed by Megan, who -- as always -- performed her duties with confidence, professionalism, and personableness. I also appreciated Dr. Gooch stopping by for a brief chat. The people at KDG are exceptionally good at their jobs and at interactions with their patients. Kudos!
