This company really validated my reasonings for never taking a vehicle to a dealership for mechanical work unless it's under warranty. Unfortunately, my husband had no other options when his truck broke down in Kirksville (4 hrs from home). He said the people were all very polite and they did get his truck looked at quickly, which is much appreciated.
