Top notch friendliness and knowledge!!! This, as our third visit to the park and stop in for fear and licenses only, was our first time booking a guided trip. Adam clearly loves his job and aims to please his group. We have always been pleased with the staff and their desire to share their passion for fishing in Estes Park.
Fantastic way to spend a morning, fishing the Big Thompson near Estes Park with Kirk's Flyshop. A BIG thanks to John Carey (John R. Carey Guiding) for showing my son Brad and me the "ropes" in drift fly fishing. Down in Granpas Farm, we put in and what great views, swift currents, and quiet pools to enjoy while casting for the big ones. John is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and accommodating. Don't miss Kirks and ask for John, you will not be disappointed.
Fished Waterdale with Rick. It was an epic day for me. So many opportunities for a trophy. I land three of the best fish of my life. I cannot tell you how valuable it was to be guided by Rick. Patient and professional in every aspect. And I think he was truly more excited than me when we landed one that had to go 10lbs.! I highly recommend this trip.
