Hidden charges. Barely used my fireplace and they insisted it was very dirty and needed to charge extra. Took 15 minutes and charged over $200. Typical job should be about 45-60 minutes. I am not sure if it is clean. No way for me to know unfortunately.
Do not I repeat do not get these people to “Clean” your ducts. A lot of hidden charges and a half azz job at that. Never again
