Two days before my hip replacement November 2020, an old lady in a bright red ford windstar clipped me on the passenger side. Kirk's came and picked it up at my house. My Camry got done about 3 weeks later, it was perfect. The lady who works their front desk knows her stuff. They communicated very well each step be it email or phone call!thanks!
Kirk's made our SUV look good as new. They we're so helpful dealing with the insurance company. They made the entire process of getting our car fixed as painless as possible.
My mom was recently involved in a accident with a deer in a 2019 Ford Edge and lives approximately 70 miles east of Republic. Kirks, having a very good reputation for his work and customer service we decided to take it to him for repairs. Kyle and his staff did an exceptional job on the body and paint work. Great communication, they handled the insurance side with no issues, and even ordered and installed a new bumper for me while they had my 2020 wrangler Jeep for repairs after I got hit by a truck. Came to pick it up and he was washing it by hand before turning over the keys. I’ve dealt with other shops that were condescending, poor time management, and offered excuses for poor quality work...you certainly won’t find that B.S. here at Kirk’s!
