AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Overcharged me for a hitch installation I later found out I could've had done for $100 less at U Haul. Didn't mention they wouldn't install a wiring harness for it. I had to find somewhere else to do it the morning I was picking up my trailer and hauling it 1000 miles. WAY too expensive and unreliable. DO NOT USE!
