Absolutely the ONLY place we trust with our car. Honest, dependable and will go above and beyond to help you with your vehicle. We have gone to them for over 15 years and they even tell us when something does NOT need to be done...!! They do whatever they can to help you get your car in great running order!! The entire staff is friendly and helpful and eager to help you how ever they can. Would never go anywhere else!!!

i got a code for mass air sensor on a nissan altima. Took it to butita beloit they said they came up with a oxygen sensor code in rear of engine. This is the most expensive oxygen sensor to replace. Nissan sent service bulletins to dealers about faulty mass air sensor codes being ecm software issues on these cars. ecms need reflashing and butita most likely knew about this. Since JJ sold the business to Greawater group the business has gone downhill. Everything is corporate this and corporate that. The family business feeling is long gone. Not to mention the 400 buck tab for a new battery and checking of the charging system. So long Schaumburg Automedics....I'm never gong back!!!
Worst experience in years. Simple repair on a tire--replace the valve stem that was leaking. I even took the tire off the car and took in as to save time and effort on their part. First, they left my tire sensor rolling around in the tire after replacing the valve. Then quoted me a price of $100 for a new sensor that goes for $10 on Amazon. Then charge me $30 for this half-ass job. What a bunch of morons. Tire-One it ain't.....those days are gone. Stay away or get screwed. Hacks.
