In 2020, my husband and I purchased an HVAC unit from Kirkpatrick Homes that included a 10-year labor warranty. In May 2021, we received an email that they were closing their HVAC department but that they would honor all labor warranties regardless of the department closure. On May 22, 2024, I notified Kirkpatrick Homes that our unit was not operating appropriately. I called for some electrical work, and they have discontinued electrical work. They were nice though.
