The receptionist phoned me with an appointment at another surgery which I can't get to, her attitude suddenly got very bad and she snapped at me and said "well you will just have to come here then at (said time)" and hung up on me.Rude I thought, I was already distressed as I'm not very well. Turned up at the surgery and recognised her voice straight away, while I was in the waiting room the receptionist had a bad attitude with two more patients, one only asked for a pen and got an eye roll off the receptionist.
