We called them to take care of an ant problem. After 2 treatments there was no difference, same ant problem. They said they would send a specialist out, never called, never came by. We tried to just get out of out contract, they said they'd have a manager call us. Never called. Called one more time to follow up and they said they just terminated our contract. Over $150 spent and we're still looking for pest control. I think if you can't fix the problem, just say so.
