I must say Kirkland's flooring came as advertised. The work quality was excellent, but the most important thing was that the company did what they said they would do. Very professional, and when they say one day, they really mean one day.. Would recommend this company to anyone serious about flooring in the Chatham area.
My experience at Kirkland Flooring was great. I received an excellent costumer service by Megan; she was very friendly, made suggestions, responded all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied. The entire team did an amazing job. 100% recommended.
They did a great job carpeting our stairs.
Our experience with Kirkland flooring was wonderful from beginning to end. From the initial contact with salesperson Megan who was friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and responded to any and all of our questions in a timely manner to the group of installers who arrived early and worked late in order to complete the job (they were also very friendly and courteous), we are 100% satisfied and would recommend Kirkland for any and all of your flooring needs.
We love our new floors from Kirklands! They made it super easy to coordinate our flooring needs and the turnaround for purchase to installation was fairly quick. The installers were professional, tidy, and quick. 10/10 recommend getting your floors from Kirklands.
