Ashlee was so helpful helping us find matchbox LVP flooring. Matched perfectly and they scheduled installation so quickly. She made the process seamless. The installation team was so professional and polite. I went to Kirklands to see about getting my carpets removed and putting down vinyl plank. The customer service Ashlee gave was amazing throughout the whole process. The install was done in a timely manner and all the workers were pleasant. They kept it clean and tidy. I highly recommend them and I will be coming back when I need my next project done.
We recently had purchased and install our engineered hardwood thru Kirkland’s to match our existing wood. They were outstanding to work with. Simply phenomenal customer service, professional, communicative and they completed our project in the timeframe they stated, all before Christmas. The installers were terrific and Ashlee at Kirkland’s was amazing. We are so happy with the workmanship, quality of the wood, and the entire experience. They have earned my business and I will always come back.
