I put two maintenance requests in at 5:30am today, and both of them were completed when I got home from work this evening! So great to see that my concerns are addressed so quickly.
Great community! They have many different floorplan options, and with the building designs and the pool/exercise room/gym, it's NOT your typical "apartment complex". Staff is great to work with, and maintenance is top notch.
Warning: I tend to write novels, and don't leave details out. Read on... As a current condominium owner, I have tenants who expect a certain level of professionalism and willingness to help them when it is warranted. Therefore, in renting, I too expect the same considerations to be made for myself and the unit I'm renting.
