Diane and I totally forgot the other woman’s name, they were both very nice and went out their way to make sure my pillows were ordered! She also had insight and a great opinion between the two tables me and my husband couldn’t decide on. She was great! Diane please keep up the good customer service, it’s so hard to find nowadays! Hopefully when we visit again, you’re there to assist us!!!

I placed an online order with my credit card and then also called this store to see if they could hold it a few days since I live an hour away from the Novi store. The woman that answered the phone assured me it would be held until Monday. My niece happened to be going to 12 Oaks on Sunday and she offered to pick up my order. When she arrived at the store and showed them my order confirmation that I had texted to her, they wanted to see the email so I had to forward that to her as well.
