Wow had the weirdest experience at this store!! You may want to check in on your employees a young girl with dark hair and an older than her guy, both huddle up giggling in the corner together. I actually thought at first they were a couple until we couldn’t find a worker and noticed it was them. They sat on their phones whispering and giggling to each other the whole time making it super uncomfortable for many of us shopping. Looked like they were going to make out!! Got to the store at 7:50. The store closes at 8 o’clock. The doors were locked. I knew exactly what I wanted to get. I called twice and the associate put me on hold and never came back to the call. Another family came and tried to get in as well. Unfortunately, they lost a couple of sales
Diane and I totally forgot the other woman’s name, they were both very nice and went out their way to make sure my pillows were ordered! She also had insight and a great opinion between the two tables me and my husband couldn’t decide on. She was great! Diane please keep up the good customer service, it’s so hard to find nowadays! Hopefully when we visit again, you’re there to assist us!!!
