I have been shopping at Kirklands for years with no complaints. However now I must say I really don't care for the new coupon rules you have now. I had three different coupons today from your store you sent me and couldn't use any of them. Not even the Spin to Win could be applied. What a rip off!

I love this new store! The store smells so good and was really cool on a very hot day. I get so many ideas when I go in and look around. The staff was helpful and I ended up leaving with lamps, candles, a pillow and a flag! The sales lady even offered to help us get our bags to the car! The coupons were too good to pass up!
