Kirkland Real Estate and Kirkland Homes have been horrible to work with. They were the seller’s builder and agent for a house I just closed on. There are still items on the punch list left undone and concessions that are still pending to be fulfilled. I am 2 weeks post closing and still going back and forth with Jill to get things done.
