Lack of answering the phone and availability.
No way to schedule online. Professional staff, but very difficult to schedule an appointment with… Have called during business hours at 9AM, noon, 3PM, etc., answering machine always states they are closed.
Dr. J. Kirkland is a good doc. She always does a breast exam and PAP on me during my physical which is nice - saves me a lot of time not having to make a separate appt. And of course bloodwork and etc. The only real complaint I've had is she didn't listen to me when I requested a low dose muscle relaxer for work related muscle pain (I work on my feet for 12 hrs at a time and I am into fitness to boot).
