I do not recommend this practice based on my recent experience. I just went in for a simple cleaning, but they found some work to be done after X-rays. I experienced persistent discomfort following a set of fillings that has not fully resolved for me, despite multiple follow-up visits. My main source of dissatisfaction was the follow-up care experience; I felt my concerns were met with frustration and what felt like dismissal rather than support. I am now seeking a second opinion elsewhere.
Please read the 1-star reviews on yelp — they are accurate. I came into this office with no tooth pain at all, and after treatment by Dr. Choi, I am now experiencing pain in every single tooth they worked on. During one procedure, they made me get a second crown placed mid-procedure, which should have been a red flag. I had an excellent experience getting fillings at this dental office. Dr. Choi was nice, and he made sure to answer all my questions so I felt comfortable and at ease. The procedure was quick and I appreciated how gently Dr. Choi worked. AND the results look fantastic! I’m really happy with the outcome and will definitely be returning in the future!
