We had an issue with our top we had put on our side by side when we bought it from the dealership. We paid a lot of money to have the Probox speaker top and speakers put on, so when it stopped working correctly not long after purchase, we took it back to the dealership to have it fixed. I ordered a replacement part for my top and the wrong part was shipped. I reached out to customer service and fortunately happened to be in the Dallas area the following Monday. I stopped in and met with Skippy, who walked me thru proper gain settings, correct wiring and totally threw the customer service over the top. What makes me appreciate this company even more is the fact that they are actually manufacturing the box tops in that small shop in Texas. American made!
