Skippy was very helpful with the amp replacement and his knowledge is on par. I am very pleased with probox
I ordered a replacement part for my top and the wrong part was shipped. I reached out to customer service and fortunately happened to be in the Dallas area the following Monday. I stopped in and met with Skippy, who walked me thru proper gain settings, correct wiring and totally threw the customer service over the top.
