During this heat wave, we were reflecting on how appreciative we are of the mini splits that were installed last year by Kirkland and Shaw. Not only where they competitive in price, but they were thorough and professional in the installation and maintenance of the units. They were attentive to our concerns and the desires We had to meet the design of our house. They were respectful of our property and of us while completing the job. Next We would highly recommend Kirkland and Shaw.

We have been having problems with old cast iron sewage pipes leaking over the years. The last two situations were handled by Kirkland and Shaw. We had a plumber on site the next morning each time, They knew what was needed and did in quickly and well. Highly recommend them.

We recently had our old 1992 Jacuzzi replaced with a 350-pound cast iron Kohler tub in our attic bathroom — a project many contractors were hesitant to take on due to the tight, narrow staircase and the tub's weight. Paul, the owner, impressed us from the start. He thoroughly inspected the old setup, even crawling through tight knee space to assess everything. We have been a client of K&S for past 3 years. This past winter, the Rheem boiler had a leak but continued to operate. The parts (from a distributor) took forever but K&S stayed focused on the parts delivery. The boiler is repaired and working well. K&S stayed focused in resolving the leak; responded to an emergency call over a weekend and submitted a fair invoice for their service. Hats off to Paul, Tom, Craig and Misha

I've been a customer for a few years now. I feel I get good, honest service with quality work on my natural gas furnace and related equipment. I've had regular annual service, burner replacement, plumbing and control board updates. The team are responsive, and the price very competitive. I am a happy customer. Thank you Kirkland and Shaw !
