I can honestly say that this is my first negative review on any business. That said, these guys deserve it. Every time I go in, I end up wandering around the isles until they seem ready to help. When I am finally given the opportunity to speak with them, they immediately make me feel unwelcome. Rather than speaking with me about what I am looking for, they ask me what it is and then immediately tell me that they don't have it. EVERY SINGLE TIME (at least 4-5 times.
